Alexia Trombert

Alexia Trombert works as an information specialist at the Lausanne Medical Library (CHUV-UNIL) since 2019. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018, she developed an interest in the field of library science which culminated in a Master of Science HES-SO in Information Science (2021) at the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG-Genève).

As part of a research project during her Master’s degree, she co-created «RDM Mission», a card-based educational escape game to teach introductory level research data management (RDM) skills.

In her day-to-day work she focuses on evidence synthesis (with an accent on systematic reviews), evidence-based healthcare, and information literacy competency teaching. Through her collaboration with nursing and medical students as well as professionals, she aims to contribute to improving the quality of care and evidence-based decision making.
